Solve the equation 3x = 51 (using rule of Transposition method)

Step 1 : Solution 3x =51 (Given Equation)

Step 2 : x = 51/3 (Move multiplication of 3 from left side to right side it becomes divided by 3 as per the rule of transposition method)

Step 3 : x = 17 (In 51, 3 is 17 times ie., 51 divided by 3 is 17)

Step 4 : Therefore x = 17 is the answer.
